Staniaław Konarz-Konarzewski. Scène d’offrande biblique

Tragiczny życiorys Stanisława Konarz-Konarzewskiego wystarczyłby na fabułę kilku filmów. Artysta był prześladowany za czasów II Rzeczpospolitej przez Sanację i zesłany do więzienia w Berezie Kartuskiej. Po wojnie był skazany na trzykrotną karę śmierci w sfingowanym procesie w Moskwie, wyroku nie wykonano lecz zesłano go więzień w ZSRR po czym został przeniesiony do więzienia na Mokotowie gdzie przebywał do odwiży. W tym czasie jego żona została skatowana i zamordowana przez UB a syn artysty został pobity przez tych samych na skutek czego później zmarł. Lot 541. Maciej Nehring, Wiedeiskie Biake, Watercolor, 24 x 27 inch, (1901-1977) Landscape Painter Watercolor painter. Actress Irena Habrowska-Jellaczyc’s Estate. Irena was a graduate of the State Theatrical Academy in Lodz. She studied under the great directors and professors Aleksander Zelwerowicz and Leon Schiller. Actress of the prestigious post-war Theatre of the Polish Armed Forces in Lodz. In Canada, she participated in some important theatrical and literary events, including initiatives of the Adam Mickiewicz Committee. In 1972, she established the Polish Theatre in Canada, which successfully participated in the Festival of Ethnic Theatres initiated by the Government of Ontario. Bardzo dobra akwarela Macieja Nehringa z pomylonym przez dom aukcyjny tytułem pracy. Podobną kompozycję tego artysty sprzedała Agra-Art w 2007 roku (poniżej). Twórczość Macieja Nehringa jest mocno niedoceniana przez kolekcjonerów. Był to znakomity akwarelista.

Podobno najbardziej poszukiwane przez kolekcjonerów twórczości Mariana Mokwy są jego przedwojenne prace. Jest to skutkiem zniszczenia jego dorobku w czasie wojny. Olej z Dusseldorfer Auktionhaus to chyba pokłosie wyprawy artysty na Bliski Wschód ok. 1915 roku. Tak wczesnej pracy Mariana Mokwy i w dodatku o tematyce nie marynistycznej to jeszcze nie widziałem. Cena 3,900 euro była dla mnie zrozumiała.

Erno Erb. Stillleben mit Samowar, 1935

Na rynku dominują głównie ‘Przekupki lwowskie’ a przecież Ero Erb malaował pejzaże, martwe natury i chyba nawet portrety. Martwa natura w wykonaniu tego malarza to spory plus, dodatkowo obraz duży wymirmi jak na Erba. Upewnić się należało czy na pewno napis powyżej sygnatury został wykonany jego ręką. 3,300 euro to godna cena i niewysoka za ten obraz.

Obraz Canaletta warty rozważenia przez prawdziwego polskiego kolekcjonera ewentualnie rozważnego inwestora. Nie jest to co prawda widok Warszawy lecz widok Colosseum; więzi mistrza z Polską są oczywiste.

Maurycy Trębacz. Portrait eines Gelehrten

Przedni portret starego Żyda w wykonaniu Maurycego Trębacza. Podobnych portretów artysta wykonał kilka lecz ten namalowany został tak swobodnie i z taką wprawą oraz w takiej kolorystyce, że nie dziwię się zainteresowaniu kupujących. 12,500 euro za tę pracę może być rekordem zagranicznym. Czapka z głowy. Drugi po obrazie Maksymiliana Piotrowskiego obraz z Dusseldorfer Auktionshaus, który warty był kupienia.
