Gdyby ten autoportret został namalowany przed I wojną światową to niewątpliwie stanąłbym w szranki aukcyjne. Ten jest późniejszy choć jest oczywiście bardzo dobry ale Wlastimil Hofman powoli tracił swoje mojo i to już nieco widać.
