Lot 363. Tamara de Lempicka (1898-1980), French Riviera, signed ‘LEMPICKA’ (lower right) oil on canvas, 28¾ x 21¼ in. (73 x 54 cm.). Painted in 1960. Estimate $14,000 – $18,000.

Provenance: Estate of the artist. Acquired from the above by the present owner, 1987.

Exhibited: (possibly) Paris, Galerie Ror-Vomar and Vichy, Galerie Ror-Volmar, T. de Lempicka, oeuvres récentes et anciennes, 1930-1960, May-August 1961 and (possibly) New York, Iolas Gallery, Tamara de Lempicka, December 1961.
