W listopadzie ubiegłego roku dwa domy aukcyjne, Stockholms Aukctionsverk oraz Sotheby’s, wystawiły tego same dnia na aukcjach po jedym obrazie Anny Guntner. Obecnie sytuacja się powtarza i 20 maja każdy z tych domów będzie licytował olej tej artystki. Myśle, że Stockholms Aukcionsverk wygra w cuglach z Sotheby’s (https://polishartcorner.com/2026/05/05/anna-guntner-1933-2013-10/), choć to nie są wyścigi.

Dwa oleje Henryka Haydena z obecnie ‘najdroższego’ kubistycznego okresu malarskiego tego artysty. W przypadku martwej natury z 1918 roku warto przesledzić proweniencję pod kątem osiągniętych cen sprzedaży. Panuje bowiem przekonanie o absolutnej aprecjacji dzieł sztuki. ‘Inwestorzy sztuki’ kupują sztukę aby w jak najkrótszym momencie czasowym sprzedać ją z dużym zyskiem. Taka właśnie filozofia jest, moim zdaniem, motorem napędzania cen w Polsce. Okazuje się na powyższym przykładzie, że nie zawsze to się udaje. Obraz Haydena został sprzedany w 2010 roku w Sotheby’s za €312,750. Właściciel usiłował sprzedać tę pracę już w 2014 roku z wyceną $400,000 – 600,000 lecz poprzeczka była widocznie zbyt wysoko ustawiona bowiem obraz spadł. Trzy lata później, w 2017 roku obraz został sprzedany w Sotheby’s za €295,500, czyli ze stratą po upływie siedmiu lat. Obecnie, spadkobiercy zmarłego właściciela zgodzili się z jeszcze niższą estymacją (€200,000 – 300,000), czyli dzielą spadek nie oglądając się na poprzednie ceny.
