Ponad rok temu wywołałem zainteresowanie oraz dyskusję tematem związanym z jedną z międzywojennych drewnianych rzeźb ucznia zacnej Szkoły Przemysłu Drzewnego w Zakopanem (https://polishartcorner.com/2023/09/13/szkola-zakopianska/), szkoły o dużej historii i zasługach dla polskiej rzeźby i rzemiosła. Obecnie mamy inną rzeźbę, bardzo stylizowaną, być może z podobnego międzywojennego okresu, być może pochodzącej z tej samej szkoły. Tym razem nie potrafię odszyfrować nazwiska rzeźbiarza a nawet nie wiem czy to był uczeń tej szkoły. Może któryś z czytelników rozpozna inicjały ze spodu pracy i może uzupełni ten wpis. Interesuje mnie nie wodolejstwo na temat tej czy innych rzeźb lecz posiadanie czystej wiedzy nt tego artysty,… rozumiem równocześnie, że może to być sprawa trudna do rozwikłania.

Pozwoliłem sobie dodać fotografię tej rzeźby z wystawy w Villi le Fleur:
To co się narzuca to jej perfekcyjność wykonania i ‘nowość’ porównując z rzeźbą z aukcji w Niemczech. Rzeźba sprzedana w Niemczech ma drobne wgniecenia, być może spowodowane przestawianiem, upadkami, etc. Być może ktoś z VIlli la Fleur odezwie się by rozwiać wątpliości odnośnie tej (na dzisiaj) ‘repliki’ Liska z jej wystawy. Dmucham na zimne, bo rzeźby miedzywojenne szkoły zakopiańskiej z PSPSD osiągają obecnie na polskich aukcjach bardzo wysokie ceny (do 120,000 PLN) i mogłaby zachodzić obawa dokownywania oczywiście ich replik, choć do tego potrzeba pewnie wysokiej klasy maszyn do precyzyjnej obróbki drewna. Nie jest to mój wymysł lecz sugerowany przez innego czytelnika w poprzednim wpisie o innej rzeźbie https://polishartcorner.com/2023/09/13/szkola-zakopianska/

Adam Styka z jakiegoś powodu nie wykończył tego oleju. Jak widać, artysta pownien był jeszcze włożyć sporo pracy by obraz ten nabrał wyglądu do jakiego jesteśmy przezyczajeni oglądając inne, podobne tematycznie jego dzieła. Dom aukcyjny Hermitage dość odważnie wysoko wycenił ten i inne obrazy ze swojej aukcji i dlatego jego aukcje to zazwyczaj wielkie klapy.

Obrazek doszluszował do pozostałych dziewiętnastu ‘Napadów wików’ Jerzego Kosska, które niedawno zbiorczo prezentowałem: https://polishartcorner.com/2024/09/16/jerzy-kossak-i-jego-napady-wikow/. Myślę, że powinien znaleźć się jakiś kolekcjoner, który udekorowłby nimi wszystkie ściany swojego domu (mieszkania) i czekał na następne z tej serii. Marc Ottavi, ekpert prac Mojżesza Kislinga, właściwie wycenił ten obraz, popełniając drobną jedynie pomyłkę przy imieniu artysty (who cares?). Kolejny “Kossak na wagę złota” na polski rynek bo jego cenę da się tam podwoić.

We would like to thank Madame Cazier, the artist’s granddaughter, for the information she kindly provided. * Mr. R. was a letter carrier and his wife a janitor at 3, rue Joseph Bara, both of whom lived in the janitor’s lodge in Paris. This mythical building was home to many artists, including Kisling on the 4th and 5th floors, Soutine and Pascin, as well as the art dealer Léopold Sborowski on the 2nd floor. Modigliani often came to work at his dealer’s (The website http://www.zawado.net/ indicates that in 1919, he [Zawado] returned to Paris, and later moved into Modigliani’s studio, where he died in 1920). As a letter carrier, Mr. R. had time on his hands and was happy to help with odd jobs for the tenants of 3, rue Joseph Bara, and their visiting friends. His style combines Cubist influence and colorful expression, capturing the atmosphere and culture of the region. Władysław Ślewiński to duże nazwisko polskiego malarstwa. Obraz z aukcji jest niewątpliwie prawdziwy sądząc po historii wystawienniczej w MNW. Stoję jednak na uboczu patrząc na jego fotografię.
Ciekawa była gorączka aukcyjna tego obrazu: od 12,000 do 30,000 euro w kilkanaście sekund a następnie licytacja jak krew z nosa co 500 euro. Kwiatowe martwe natury tego artysty osiągają znacznie wyższe ceny
