To był moim zdaniem najlepszy z poloników w katalogu Dusseldorfer Aukktionshaus. Maksymilian Antoni Piotrowski namalował portret chłopca w wieku 13 lat, którym okazał się późniejszy dyrektor Muzeum Historycznegow Berlinie, Ernst Ewald a obraz pochodził ze zbiorów jego żony.

Jedynie garstka prac Zygmunta Andrychiewicza była sprzedana na aukcjach w Polsce w ostatnich 30 latch. Malarz stosunkowo mało znany lecz bardzo sprawny. Pejzaż z aukcji w Dusseldorfie udało się komus kupić za doprawdę ‘psie’ pieniądze bo za 950 euro. Dla porównania, niewiele warty obraz Wiktora Koreskiego sprzedano na tej samej aukcji aż za 750 euro.

Jestem trochę zdziwiony tym mizernym zaintersowaniem tak dobrego obrazu Aleksandra Sarnowicza. Malarz nie jest aż tak poularny w Polsce ale praca była wyróźniająca się.

Jeden z wielu poloników na aukcji w Dusseldorfer Auktionshaus. Ten dom aukcyjny celowo obniża cenę wyjściową do poziomu ‘okazji’ by przyciągnąć jak największą ilość ‘succers’. Autiportret Włastimil Hofman namaował na 2 lata przed śmiercią. Mając w oczach szereg innych jego autorprtretów, powstałaych w cągu jego karriery artystycznej, doprawdę widzimy przemijanie tego artysty.

Tym razem nie będę gdybał i wymądrzał się na temat rzadkości odlewu tej rzeźby Bolesława Biegasa bo wszystko jest w opisie. W innym przypadku zostałbym znowu przywołany do porządku przez pewną warszawską galerię. Wycena jest rzeczą umowna lecz rzadkośc tej rzeźby wykonanej wkrócej za życia artysty, na początku XX wieku, to fakt.
