Art-Torg jest chyba najbardziej parszywym domem aukcyjnym w Europie. Firma znajduje sie w Pradze w Czechach. Firma ma stronę internetową z której nie można się dowiedzieć kto jest jest właścicielem, żadnych nazwisk, jedynie telefon i adres mailowy do kontaktu z nimi. Na swoich aukcjach sprzedają w wiekszości falsyfikaty. Żerują na ludziej niewiedzy. Sprzedają fals do skutku bo jak dojdzie do zwrotu to sprzedają go raz jeszcze. Mają zawsze w katalogach kilka poloników i te pewnie lądują w Polsce. Próbowałem jakiś czas temu zainteresować tym procederem pewne polskie domy aukcyjne (Art Torg sprzedaje przecież falsy prac polskich artystów a tym samym psują również polski rynek) z racji bliskości geograficznej ale do żadnej interwencji nie doszło. W zasadzie nikogo to nie inetresuje. Zatem, jest to walka z wiatrakami. Prawdopodobnie w Polsce nie jest najlepiej i stąd nikogo to nie obchodzi. Do rzeczy zatem. Forma reklamuje swoje aukcje w niezłych miejscach bo w Druot.com, jak też w gorszych, jak LiveAuctoneeres.com. W każdym z portali, cena szacunkowa na konkretną pracę jest inna, jak też cena otwarcia. W przypadku falsa Kantora, Druot podaje estymację 20,000 -24,000 euro i cenę otwarcia 16,000 euro, zaś ten sam obraz w LiveAuctioneers jest tańszy i ceny są w dolarach –  konkretnie, estymacja wynosi $15,000 – 20,000 z ceną otwarcia $10,000. Ten fals Kantora Art Torg sprzedał już raz w 2021 roku za $22,000 lecz chyba kupiec zapłacił Paypalem i dostał zwrot z tej firmy. Warto stosować Paypal, ewentualnie karty kredytowe przy zapłatach za malarstwo lecz żadnym wypadku przelew bankowy.

Nieświadomionym czy początkującym kolekcjonerom wydaje się, że dom aukcyjny i ich aukcja daje jakieś gwarancje autentyczności sprzedawanej tam pracy. Tak jednak nie jest ani w Pradze Czeskiej, ani w Warszawie, Sopocie czy Krakowie, ani w Nowym Jorku. Niektóre i rzetelne firmy uwzględniaja jednak reklamacje bo zdarzają się bardzo często niezawinione pomyłki. Jeśli taka pomyłka ma miejsce w rzetelnym domu to w jego interesie jest zwrot pieniędzy klientowi i wyciszenie sprawy. Nobody is perfect. Jednak Art-Torg przejawia formę celowego działania na niekorzyść klientów – pośredniczą przy sprzedaży prac malarskich, które w większości są falsyfikatami (znalazłem na obecnej ich aukcji jednak jeden autentyk, lecz nie polonik).

Pisząc o tym mam świadomość, że niczego nie uzdrowię i w niczym nie pomogę. O falsyfikatach nie ma sympozjów sponsorowanych przez domy aukcyjne, nie ma książek, są czasami zdawkowe artykuły prasowe. Nikomu na tym nie zależy skoro zawsze znajdą się frajerzy sprawdzający cenek jajek i ich świeżość w Biedronce a szastający tysiącami złotych w galeriach czy domach aukcyjnych by kupić tam zbuki malarskie. To taka buta ludzka. Tam gdzie są pieniądze do zarobienia tam panuje bezwzględna walka o ich zdobycie i nie tylko w branży antykwarycznej. Mnie jednak trochę bulwersuje ta bezczelność w Art-Torg i czekam by ta firma podała mnie do sądu za ten wpis. Zupełnie inną sprawą jest sprzedaż miejsca przez Drout czy LiveAuctioneers oszustom i kanciarzom na reklamę parszywych aukcji. Wiadomo: pecunia non olet co się tłumaczy: ucz się kolego bo cię przenicują i jeszcze za to radośnie podziękujesz.

PS. Warto poczytać sobie TERMS AND CONDITIONS firmy ART TORG. Wytłuszcenia są moje, choć zasadzie należałoby wytłuścić cały ten tekst.
