In dark blue dress uniform with collar interwoven with silver and silver epaulets. Decorated with a range of Russian/Prussian stars, orders and medals. Framed behind old original glass in brass frame. Dimensions: 10.5 x 8.5 cm, Frame dimensions: 12.5 x 10.5 cm.

Hofman studierte ab 1896 an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Krakau und ab 1899 an der École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. 1907 wurde er Mitglied der Wiener Sezession. Hofman war Vertreter des jungpolnischen Sybolismus mit Themen aus dem Religiösen und Mythologischen.
