Folklor małego miasteczka, jakim było Międzylesie w latach 60-tych, oczami Edwarda Dwurnika. Mieszkałem tych w okolicach nieco wcześniej lecz nie przypominam sobie by było tam aż tak kolorowo, choć walki na pięście i kije – dośc popularny wówczas sport – to pamiętam. Brakuje na płotnie krwi z rozkwaszonych nosów i rozbitych głów. Aukyjna uzyskana cena jest godna w stosunku do samodzielnego artysty malowania w latach 60-tych.

To płótno to jest po prostu REWELACJA! Jakaż to głębia myśli Edwarda Dwurnika i kunszt pędzla. Accident au centre bym zostawił jako ‘patynę czasu’ i bym wcale nie wspominał bo kto wie czy nie jest to zamierzony efekt malarza. Rewelacja artysty. Warto sprawdzić, czy nie powstał ciąg tematyczny, np. w niebieskiej czy też w czerwononej tonacji i wtedy kupić na pniu całą tę kolekcję. Jakiś krytyk zawsze się znajdzie i dobrze to opisze do katalogu. Wnioskuję o zmianę tytułu tej pracy na bardzo pasujący Accident au centre.

Dwa oleje i dwie litografie Edwarda Dwurnika znajdują na nadchodzącej aukcji w Niemczech. Wszystkie należą do dość wczesnych prac artysty a zatem nie powinno by c szeptów, że ktoś mu pomagał w malowaniu. Olej powyższy aż pachnie Nikiforem, tudzież poniższy, choć widać na obydwu pracach świeżą rekę. Litografie są, moim zdaniem, o wiele ciekawsze od tych dwóch olejów i o nie bym walczył.

Portret kobiety o imieniu Teresa namalowany przez jeszcze niezmanieryzowanego 26-cio letniego Edwarda Dwurnika. Dlatego obraz jest dobry i pachnie dla mnie chęcią tworzenia oraz nowym stylem. Jak było później, gdy artysta miał wzięcie to większość wie, również wiemy o udziale innych, bezimiennych malarzy robiących podmalunki, by w końcu stracić pewność kto te późne prace naprawdę tworzył. W przypadku obecnego portrteu bawi mnie wycena (4,000 – 15,000 €) czyli założenie przez sprzedającego, że 4,000 € to dobra cena a reszta to już niespodziewany wakacyjny bonus.

Dość rzadko piszę o Edwardzie Dwurniku i zwykle czepiam się jego trochę arogancji, pewności siebie, zalewania rynku pracami robionymi przez innych (stajnia malarska o której wspomina sie półgębkiem) a przez niego jedynie podrasowanymi. Tym razem ściągam czapkę z głowy na widok tak mocnej pracy, silnej w przekazie i prostej w formie, oddanej w dodatku dwoma kolorami.
