Lot 33. Jean LAMBERT-RUCKI (1888-1967). Two donkeys, circa 1944. Charcoal and chalk on paper. Signed lower right 47.5 x 61 cm on view. A certificate of authenticity by Mr. Jacques de Vos dated April 5, 2023. This is the realization of a large series of high reliefs for the for the Capucins church in Blois that prompted Lambert-Rucki to return to return to the animal forms that had always interested him. The artist drew inspiration from donkeys, bulls and roosters for decorative compositions. (Source: J. Pichard, 1951-52). Estimate 2,500 – 3,500 euro. Sold 2,300 euro
Prace Ewarda Krasińskiego rozpoznawane są za pomocą tego niebieskiego paska stosowanego przez innych przy malowaniu np. ścian. Prostota rysunku okraszona niebieskim paskiem sprawia, że obrazy tego artysty szybują do ponad 100,000 euro. Aukcja tej pracy u Wettmanna trawała niezwykle długo, raz cena szła w dół a potem w górę i to tak kilka razy. W końcu zatrzymała się na 80,000 euro. Niedawno, inny obraz Krasińskiego został sprzedany za 120,000 euro (https://polishartcorner.com/2022/11/12/edward-krasinski-1925-2004/). Myślę, że ktoś powinien napisać esej na temat jego prac – chetnie go opublikuję.

Portfolio ośmiu konstruktywistycznych prac Henryka Stażewskiego nikogo nie rozpaliło do czerwoności. W sumie należąło oczekiwać jakiegoś eseju o tych pracach, naklejonych na tekturki, naklejonych na papier karbowany. Wymiary tekturek są podane, lata powstania prac nie. Skrzynka ze sklejki wygląda dobrze.

Wettmann dość dobrze wycenił prace Beksińskiego. Niespodzianek nie było.

Wydaje mi sie, że zdecydowanie za wiele podobnych widoków miast z lotu ptaka naprodukował Edward Dwurnik. Samych Placów Zamkowych w Warszawie widziałem już kilka. To powoli zniechęca do kupowania. Józefów koło Otwocka jest nieprawdziwy, z lotu ptaka czy bez lotu ptaka. Mieszkałem tam przez kilka lat i niczego podobnie barwnego nie było. Na płótnie mamy urojenia artysty (alkohol?) kupione przez kogoś za 19,000 euro. W sumie spore moje zniechęcenie do obu prac.
