Miniatura z dużą proweniencją lecz bardzo złą aukcyjną sprzedażą w przeszłości. Szwajcarski dom aukcyjny Koller nie wspomina w opisie o aukcji w Christie’s 30 maja 2012, gdzie miniatura spadła z wyceną 3,000 – 5,000 GBP. Obecnie miniatura również spadła; nie znalazł się kolekcjoner miniatur gotowy wydać wyjściowe CHF 1,000. Czy na pewno jest to praca Wincentego Lesseura-Lesserowicza?
Lot 1183. WINCENTY DE LESSEUR-LESSERWOICZ (1745/46–1813). Oval portrait of a coquettish young woman dressed in a low-cut white dress and a red scarf, and wearing a white hair-band in her frizzy hair. In a fine gilt metal frame. Verso with old collection number D.-W. 562. 6.3 × 5 cm. Cracks on the left side.

To na pewno nie jest praca Wincentego Lesseura. Portret przez wiele lat wędrował z tą przypiętą acz nieprawidłową atrybucją. W czasach internetu łatwiej o materiały porównawcze i stąd aukcyjne porażki. Portret malowany kompletnie nie w stylu Lesseura.
