Dobrze udokumentowane w literaturze, również polskiej, dwa oleje Elżbiety Baumann. Sygnowany i datowany olej nie został sprzedany antomiast niesygnowany i niedatowany został sprzedany. Polski rynek dokładnie ‘olewa’ te artystkę (koncentrując sie na Rubensach) – jedynie dwie jej prace były przedmiotem aukcji w ostatnich 33 latach.
