Signiert u. datiert.Musialowicz schloss 1936 sein Studium an der Kunstakademie in Posen ab und besuchte anschließend bis 1948 die Warschauer Akademie der Schönen Künste. 2002 erhielt er eine Retrospektive am Nationalmuseum in Posen. – Technikbedingte, stärkere Atelierspuren.

Signed lower left “Warschau” and dated “1876”.

The painting depicts a cart pulled by a grey and a brown horse with a coachman cracking his whip and a noble farmer with fur hat. In the background vast landscape with paddock fence and grazing animals. The artist, who is renowned for his horse paintings, has showcased the scenery dramatically.
