Lot 218. Topolski (Feliks, R.A.) – Portrait of a man wearing a turban,
pen and ink with wash, 265 x 140mm., signed and dated lower left, 1944. Feliks Topolski (1907-1989), was appointed the official war artist of the Polish government in London, in 1940, and later travelled to Egypt, the Levant, Iraq and India, before continuing to Burma and China.
